Proteger you and the planet. With that goal in mind, Estival manufactures several shoes from its special line using Micro-E.
Micro-E is the world's most advanced technology in microfiber for footwear production.
An imported material, Micro-E possesses all the characteristics of an internationally standardized quality material. Best of all, it's made from 100% eco-friendly bamboo fibers!

Resulting from numerous tests and research conducted in Brazil and Europe, the sole used in Estival footwear represents the cutting edge in Polyurethane (PU) dual-density soles.
Inspired by the world's best tires, the Estival sole boasts unique characteristics that make it ideal for almost any type of work. Weighing approximately 550g, the Estival sole offers durability in its compact layer with 4mm studs and unmatched softness in its midsole with impact absorption system. It features pivot points to prevent twisting and an area for ladder and scaffold work.
Some footwear manufactured by Estival features the Waterproof System.
This technology involves a membrane placed like a sock inside the shoe, combined with sealed seams, which makes it difficult for water to enter while allowing hot air to escape from the feet. It's important to note that the Waterproof technology only reduces the entry of water into the shoe; it does not make it completely waterproof.
Present in some footwear from Estival's premium line, the special AeroSpacer 3D lining is a technology used in the finest high-performance shoes.
AeroSpacer 3D enhances comfort by absorbing moisture from sweat and regulating the microclimate inside the shoe, preventing overheating and discomfort of the feet.
The Composite Toe Cap is made from highly resistant plastic compounds for high-performance footwear. Composite toe caps are 40% lighter than steel toe caps, ensuring strength and protection against impact and compression. They comply with ABNT NBR ISO 20344 and ABNT NBR ISO 20345 standards and are ideal for environments with electrical hazards.
The Antiperforation Insole can be an additional component in Estival footwear that supports its application. It is a non-metallic insole designed to resist puncture and tearing. This product is developed with meta-aramid fibers, the same material used in bulletproof vests. This insole prevents accidents caused by nails or other sharp and/or piercing objects, while providing great comfort to the user due to its soft and extremely flexible nature. During testing, these insoles must withstand the puncture of a piercing object with a force of up to 1,100 newtons, equivalent to 100 kilograms, in accordance with ABNT NBR ISO 20345 standards.
Footwear from the Hybrid line is made from fabric featuring Dry-E technology, which provides not only durability but also enables rapid dispersal of heat from inside the shoe. This helps maintain an ideal temperature, preventing sweating during work.
The Goodyear Welt technology used in some Estival footwear ensures maximum bonding between the sole and the upper.
With the Goodyear Welt process, the bonding is twice as strong.
